Having trouble with ASIST for Agencies? If you’re experiencing some difficulties with the program here are a couple resources to consult. Click here to review the frequently asked questions (FAQ) document. It explains some of the more popular issues with the program. Most problems are associated with Microsoft Excel and can be remedied by obtaining free upgrades from Microsoft. For example, Excel 2003 Service Pack 1 is not compatible with ASIST for Agencies, but a free upgrade available on the Microsoft website to the latest version of Excel 2003 will make it work. Other common issues are related to network permissions or other initial setup issues. Click here to review the installation instructions for clarification.
