The latest version 3.50 contains an important upgrade for all agencies who have been using any version above 3.00. A bug was found that blanks out the client ID when switching between therapists. This will affect the total client count. The fix will allow the missing clients to appear and the Client ID can be re-entered through the setup menu. Check out the latest version (3.50) here.

Most problems are associated with Microsoft Excel and can be remedied by obtaining free upgrades from Microsoft. For example, Excel 2003 Service Pack 1 is not compatible with ASIST for Agencies, but a free upgrade available on the Microsoft website to the latest version of Excel 2003 will make it work. Other common issues are related to network permissions or other initial setup issues. Click here to review the installation instructions for clarification.
